The frame machine adopts frame mechanism higher than the conveyor, the frame can be placed in advance to improve cycle
The long and short sides are driven by servo + screw, and the Angle of the short side can reach 2T.
The contact surface of aluminum frame and framing machine is >90%, no glue overflow on the front of the edges and corners, no damage to the frame film, it can adapt to the frame without film.
The frame bottom plate and the side baffle with 40Cr/SKD11 material for surface polishing. After quenching, the hardness is required to be above 55.
