SC Solar donated supplies to Turkey earthquake-stricken area

On February 6, two 7.8 magnitude earthquakes hit the southeastern Turkish province of Kahramanmaraş and its surrounding areas, and hundreds of aftershocks, some of which reached magnitude 6 or higher, have devastated the area. After the earthquake, SC Solar immediately confirmed that Turkish technical service center, the customer sites and personnel are in a safe state.

In the face of the sudden situation, SC Solar immediately held an emergency meeting, and decided to provide material assistance to the affected areas through the Turkish Technical Service Center. Mr. Ilyas, manager of the Turkish Technical Service Center, contacted Mr. Ismaili, deputy mayor of TUZLA, Turkey, and quickly went to the municipal government to confirm the donation process of materials in the disaster area. After confirmed the list of urgently needed materials in the disaster area, the staff of the Turkey Technical Service Center completed the procurement of the urgently needed materials within two days and sent them to the central region of the disaster area through the municipal government. The donation includes tents, quilts, warm clothes, food and other urgently needed supplies, with a
total value of about 400,000 Turkish lira.

The earthquake has caused heavy human and property losses in Turkey. As an international company, SC Solar has provided immediate assistance and support to the earthquake-hit areas in Turkey. We hope that the people in the earthquake-hit areas can return to normal life at an early date.
