SC Solar’s Turnkey Perovskite Equipment Line Successfully Delivered

On April 21st, SC Solar’s project for the turnkey production line equipment of perovskite single-junction and tandem solar cells was successfully delivered, contributing to the industrialization process of perovskite cells for clients. From the mature mass production of key equipment for perovskite cells to the delivery of the turnkey production line equipment for perovskite cells, SC Solar has achieved significant milestones in the field of perovskite cell production.

晟成SC Solar’s production line equipment for perovskite single-junction and tandem solar cells includes processes such as perovskite solution formulation, glass cleaning, magnetron sputtering, coating drying and crystallization, laser processing, lamination, and auxiliary equipment, covering the entire process of perovskite single-junction and multi-stack cell preparation. This project delivery includes SC Solar’s self-developed high-efficiency perovskite cell and module packaging process to ensure that clients can rapidly establish a foundation for perovskite single-junction and tandem module process development in a short time. Previously, SC Solar’s R&D team successfully produced high-efficiency 500*500mm² modules using self-developed equipment and conducted cell stability tests at outdoor stations. With the successful delivery of the production line equipment project, SC Solar’s perovskite equipment products have entered a new stage of maturity.

SC Solar has strategically positioned itself in the field of equipment for perovskite solar cells, aiming to provide comprehensive solutions for the production of perovskite solar cells and modules. Currently, SC Solar has successfully developed in-house technologies for perovskite solar cell-specific glass cleaning equipment, sputtering equipment for the hole-transport and electrode layers, electron transport layer deposition, as well as dry-coating perovskite co-evaporation equipment. These equipment technologies, along with internally developed efficient perovskite device processes, are integrated to effectively expedite the research and development process for customers in perovskite technology.
