Following a series of screenings, training sessions, and assessments, 31 corporate trainers have officially assumed their roles, marking the successful conclusion of SC Solar’s 2024 Corporate Trainer Development Program.

The Corporate Trainer Program at SC Solar adopts a dual approach of screening and nurturing. While selecting outstanding instructors and topics, it also specially invites international professional trainers for offline teaching sessions to assist candidate trainers in enhancing their course development and teaching capabilities, thereby facilitating their continuous growth and effectively improving the quality of courses.
This month, the conclusion of the 2024 Corporate Trainer Development Program at SC Solar was marked by a closing assessment. Under the comprehensive evaluation of the review panel, 19 candidates successfully passed the assessment and were appointed as corporate trainers, receiving appointments as reserve corporate trainers. Additionally, 12 members of the leadership team, possessing extensive training management experience, were appointed as intermediate-level corporate trainers. Embracing the mission of “passing on knowledge and dispelling doubts,” these outstanding trainers, selected through meticulous screening processes, will progressively undertake course training activities, injecting new vitality into the company’s talent development.
