In April, SC Solar Thailand Technical Service Center officially opened. The establishment of the technical service center aims to provide local customers with more professional, efficient and convenient services, better meet customer needs, and help Thailand photovoltaic intelligent manufacturing.
SC Solar Thailand Technical Service Center is located in Amata City Industrial Park, Rayong Province, which is an important industrial base in Thailand, gathering a large number of well-known multinational enterprises, known as the “Eastern Detroit”. The completion of the technical service center will radiate all customer bases in Thailand, greatly improve the quality of localized service, achieve the shortest time to arrive at the customer site, and provide 24-hour customer service.
In addition, SC Solar Thailand Technical Service Center has a resident team of engineers, who can provide customers with professional problem solution in real time. We also set up local spare parts warehouse, implement systematic and scientific management, quickly respond to customers’ demand for spare parts replacement, and effectively save production time.
The Thailand Technical Service Center is an important link in the construction of the global service network of SC Solar. In the future, SC Solar will continue to provide high-quality localized services to local and even Southeast Asia customers to create more green energy value.
